Cambridge Credentials is a refreshing alternative to existing recruitment agencies, that are traditionally driven by high weekly/monthly KPI sales targets for activities such as sending clients CVs and business development calls. Instead of using key performance indicators to monitor what we do, we prefer to focus on high quality and well thought out recruitment work. Our clients now typically accommodate highly flexible working and 2-3 days work from home. In many instances we are finding it is possible to work, for example, for a London team / function from one of our client’s many offices outside of London in the locations listed above, in addition to offices in all other major cities in the UK. Please note that if you are working for a London team, occasional trips to London would be required.
